Do you want to raise greater net revenue? The key lies in a healthy donor pipeline and diversified revenue stream.

Most non-profits are one crisis away from failing. And you, as the leader, have the potential to set up your organization to grow and keep your donors regardless of the economic circumstances. All it takes is having the right strategy for the financial management of your program – a strategy that will help you raise greater net revenue by keeping (and diversifying) your donors.

In our years of work in fundraising, one of the greatest challenges that we see is the lack of training and support given to leaders in fundraising, in general, and specifically in mid, major, and planned giving programs. We want to see you succeed and set your organization up to solve the world’s greatest problems. That’s why we believe it is imperative that leaders learn how to run the financial, “economic” side of their fundraising program, while their MGOs are working to create stronger donor relationships across the donor pipeline.

This course will help you create and strengthen a healthy donor pipeline so that your newer donors move to major giving quickly, and your revenue streams will be diverse enough to withstand a severe downturn. If you focus on strengthening these areas, your fundraising program will be in a position to weather any storm.

Each of the above steps will be supported through a multi-media experience including webinars, podcasts, readings, application assignments to integrate your learning and prepare you for managing the economics of the major gifts pipeline. You will also be invited to participate in regular peer group discussion calls specifically on the topic of the economics of major gifts fundraising.
